TERMS AND CONDITIONS / GENERAL INFO*

*Please note the terms and conditions for "Flatshare" are different from our standard accommodation options.

All customers will be asked to sign a standard rental agreement.
Some important points are listed below:

All rents are to be paid in advance.
No overnight guests are allowed.
Please insure your personal belongings, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings
No pets are allowed.
All properties are non-smoking
Two weeks notice to quit is required in writing and it can be given after the first three weeks
No naked flames or candle lights.
Tenants are responsible for keeping the apartment clean & tidy.
Office Hours: 09.30-17.30 Monday to Friday. 09.30-15.00 Saturday (09.30-15.00 from 1st July to 1st September). Sunday closed.
Check out time : you must vacate your accommodation by 10.00 am and return your keys to the office by 11.00 am
Check in time : after 12.00 pm

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We cannot guarantee accommodation without receipt of payment. Payment must be made at least 5 weeks in advance and can be made by:
Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
You can provide your credit card details over the phone to us / by fax
International Bank Transfer (please arrange your bank transfer and fax a copy of the transfer documents at least 5 weeks before the commencement of your accommodation, plus a £15 supplement for bank charges)
Cheque (drawn on an English bank). We must receive this at least 5 weeks before the commencement of your accommodation

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
Two weeks deposit (to be left in cash) payable on arrival, to be refunded on departure subject to proper discharge of the rental agreement. It cannot be used for rental payments.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURE
The preferred arrival day is Saturday possibly before 15.00 hrs, although the room can be rented from any day of the week subject to availability.
Please contact us for information on arrival procedure outside office hours.

CANCELLATION
Cancellation of bookings already made: More than 30 days before departure, 90% of total money paid is refundable. Between 30 and 15 days 50% of total cost of booking is refundable. There will be no refund on cancellations made less than 15 days before the commencement date of the intended stay. Once a client has arrived, no refund is given in case of cancellation caused by death or ill health of the client, family member or travelling companion and Twin urges clients to take out insurance against such an eventuality. Clients are also advised that their personal belongings are not automatically insured against theft, loss or damage and should take out personal/travel insurance (Twin can arrange insurance, if required – please refer to our Insurance page on our website).
